The Solution
VS terminals are supplied in a number of different configurations depending on the users’ requirements. Each VS terminal has an installed control panel, which starts applications.
Each network has a central management unit (CMU), which provides the administrator with easy control over all devices on the network as well as control over users and applications they are authorised to use.
As an optional extra, the CMU can be configured to provide file storage, print serving and backup facilities. The CMU can be administered from a web page anywhere on the network or remotely through a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
The AT control panel manages the terminals; the CMU manages the control panels and users.
